Key Manufacturing Machinery

Raw Material Inspection

Incoming materials — FRP sheets, epoxy laminates, kraft paper, pressboard stock — are inspected for thickness, density, and moisture content before entering production.

Cutting & Pre-Processing

Sheets are cut to approximate blank sizes using precision cutting machines, minimising waste and preparing material for the next machining stage.

CNC Machining & Forming

Components are precision-machined or hydraulic-pressed to OEM drawing specifications. CNC programs ensure repeatability across high-volume production runs.

Drying & Seasoning

Machined components are conditioned in controlled-temperature chambers to remove moisture and stabilise the material's dielectric properties before assembly.

Quality Inspection

Dimensional tolerances, surface finish, dielectric strength and mechanical integrity are verified. Only components within specification are released for packing.

Packaging & Dispatch

Components are carefully packed to prevent moisture ingress and mechanical damage during transit. Delivery is coordinated across India and internationally.
